BOUQUET 2025 Mederij Marcus we decided to take aA blend of spontaneously fermented beers from 2022 and 2023, matured in oak barrels. Following maturation, the blend was macerated with sumacadding a lemony, tart qualityand sage, which contributes herbaceous and slightly resinous notes. Pineappleweed rounds out the profile with floral characteristics and hints of pineapple and chamomile.
