Deze rum is een assemblage van drie vaten van 300 L die eerder Armagnac bevatten. Na 7 jaar rijping gebotteld op 59%. Neus: breed, diep, met medicinale toetsen, kruiden en fruit. Smaak: rijk, soepel, met hars, gebrande suikerriet en zilte toetsen. Finale: vol, dropachtig, edelhout, balsamisch.
